The Hand Weight is a uniquely designed weighted pouch that rests on the back of the hand allowing for maximum finger, hand and wrist mobility. It is constructed of dark navy compression jersey fabric, lead-free steel shot, and heavy duty stitching for added strength and durability. It is held on the hand with elastic finger loops and a hook & loop closure around the wrist. It is recommended for use during fine motor or self-help activities or when input on the hands is needed. It can also be beneficial for rehab purposes, reducing tremoring and strengthening activities.
